Uploading your timetable as a PDF
Turn your school timetable into your week in one step.
- Go to My week and drop your timetable PDF into the box, or click the box to choose the file. (If you already have a week, use Upload PDF at the top.)
- A progress card shows the file name, a timer and each step while it's read (PDF up to 10 MB; usually 20 to 60 seconds).
- Your week appears in edit mode. Check every day and time, fix anything that's off, then press Save schedule.
- Works best with: a timetable exported from Word, Google Docs, Excel or your school system ("Save as PDF").
- Scanned or photographed timetables: these are pictures with no text inside, so they can't be read. Type your classes in instead; it only takes a few minutes, and you only do it once.
- Cycle days: if your school uses Day 1, Day 2… they are placed on Monday, Tuesday… with the cycle day shown, and you can change them.
Reading is done by an AI, so always check the result before you save.
