Using the traffic light
Red for quiet, orange to get ready, green for active work, on a timer.
Open Traffic light from the toolbar. It shows the class what kind of time it is:
- Red, Quiet: silent work.
- Orange, Get ready: a change is coming. It always lasts 1 minute.
- Green, Active: talking and working together.
- Set how many minutes red and green last with − and + (for example 10 minutes of red and 15 of green).
- Press Start the lights. Red runs for its minutes, then orange for 1 minute, then green, then orange again before red, and so on until you press Pause.
- Tap a light at any time to switch to it now. Tapping orange starts the 1-minute warning toward the other colour.
A soft bell rings at each change, and the minutes you choose are remembered on your account.
